A boutique real estate investment and development firm is seeking an Analyst to join its New York–based team. The firm focuses on high-end hospitality and resort-residential projects across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe, combining institutional discipline with entrepreneurial creativity to deliver world-class destinations and communities.
The Opportunity
This role will support all aspects of investment, development, and asset management activities—partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization. The Analyst will gain direct exposure to underwriting, deal modeling, market research, investor relations, and transaction execution, with a clear path toward increased responsibilities in sourcing, capital markets, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support investment underwriting, modeling, and analysis for new development and acquisition opportunities
- Conduct market research and prepare competitive and STR reports to inform project feasibility
- Assist with transaction documentation, including LOIs, term sheets, and redlines
- Manage investor reporting, quarterly updates, and presentations
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, portfolio tracking, and internal reporting
- Participate in site visits and travel to active and pipeline projects (approximately quarterly)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, and finance teams to support end-to-end project execution
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, development, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; exposure to Argus or similar tools preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the full investment lifecycle
- Interest in luxury resort or residential development strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
