What You’ll Do
- Help customers with firearms, gear, and training solutions
- Deliver friendly, expert-level service
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Stay current on inventory and compliance (we’ll train you)
- Support laser engraving and holster making (training provided)
- Work as part of a team to meet store goals
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 and legally eligible to sell firearms
- Must pass a background check and reference check
- Cannot hold or use a medical marijuana prescription (per federal firearm laws)
- Strong work ethic, people skills, and willingness to learn
- Retail/sales experience is helpful but not required
Bonus If You Have
- A passion for firearms, tactical gear, or training
- POS/inventory experience
- Creative ideas for events or marketing
