Bullet Boots is looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team. We are a family owned and operated southern retail store opening a new location in the The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ and at our current downtown location in Denville, NJ. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and ready to work in a team environment. Must like country music and willing to wear cowboy boots.
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to succeed in fast paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekdays and weekend (Saturday) shifts
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of sales experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal sales goal and standards of performance
- Be aware of store sales goal
- Provide a fun and interactive experience to all customers
- Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly
- Perform all Operational/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policies
- Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization
- Effectively communicate all store needs to management
- Stay informed of current fashion trends
- Complete all required training - training will be at our Denville location
- Light housekeeping
