Are you passionate about aquatics, leadership, and making a splash in your community? Bulldog Swim Academy is looking for a dynamic Deck Manager to join our team and help us create a safe, structured, and energetic swim environment for all ages!
Position: Deck Manager
Location: Orange & New Haven
Schedule: Part-time/Full-time (flexible hours, includes evenings and weekends)
What You'll Do:
- Supervise all deck operations during swim lessons, practices, and events.
- Lead and support instructors and lifeguards to ensure smooth transitions and safety protocols.
- Act as the main point of contact for parents, swimmers, and staff during shift hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pool deck.
- Assist with scheduling, program flow, and daily staff briefings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Background in aquatics, coaching, or facility supervision preferred.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Lifeguard certification and instructor experience a big plus.
- Friendly, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
