Responsibilities
- Control access points to authorized personnel only

- Complete accurate and timely incident and activity reports
- Interact professionally with customers and staff, greeting everyone encountered

Required Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Armed Security Guard License
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong physical fitness to perform patrol duties
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and emergency response
- Effective conflict resolution and communication skills
- Attention to detail in monitoring and reporting
- Certified in First Aid is an advantage
- Customer service experience
