Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Specialist based in Houston, TX. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining state-of-the-art security systems for residential and commercial customers. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, testing system functionality, educating customers on system usage, and ensuring seamless and professional service delivery. This position requires adherence to company safety standards and a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Security System Installation, System Configuration, and Maintenance
- Technical skills in Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, and Testing
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of wiring and electronics, including proficiency with hand tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electronics or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in the security industry or similar technical installation roles is preferred but not required
