UPDATE: We are seeking a person in the Beaufort NC area to be part of our team. This is a 90% remote position with the possibility of 10% at coworking location to train and develop.
We are seeking an inside sales associate to add to our current team who can perform
- quoting for existing customers
- maintaining and fostering customers relationships
- cross training for coverage of other roles for vacation etc.
This position will require the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of customers utilizing both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives in a flexible work environment that requires consistent attention to detail. This job requires a person that is comfortable talking on the phone or writing emails to customers and plant personnel. We are looking for someone that wants to become a key part of a Veteran & family-owned, growing business.
Core responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining features of products and services after training however we do not provide any engineering or application information just what products we offer.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Ability to cross train to cover other roles in our dynamic company
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Required Skills & Experience
- High School diploma required
- Must be fluent in Excel, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Word
- Must have excellent customer service mindset and superb communication skills (written, oral, and electronic)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
