What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Technician position at Bulldog Landscaping?
Bulldog Landscaping is looking for a full time landscaper for a year-round position. Crew members will be responsible for assisting the Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader with the care and maintenance of commercial and residential properties throughout our community.
Tasks include mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups, weeding and plant installation. Applicants must work well with others, take direction and be self-motivated, as well as be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and have reliable transportation to work. They must also be able to operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain saws, electric clippers, etc.
In the winter months, crew members will be spreading salt and shoveling snow from walks, driveways and parking lots, as well as operating snow removal equipment, such as a plow or skid steer. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train!
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be drug free and without any felony convictions.

Beginning pay for applicants with no previous experience is $18-$20 per hour. For experienced applicants, pay is negotiable.
