Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of framing and building construction, including metal building erection, . This role involves working on diverse projects such as residential, commercial, ensuring that all framing work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The Framer will collaborate with project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.Pay bi weekly, pay is based on experience.
Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing or related trades
- Knowledge of metal building erection, framing of residential houses
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate construction work
- Strong understanding of construction principles and site safety standards
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
- Valid experience in construction required
