Now Hiring: Summer Camp Coaches – East Hampton, NY
The Bulldog Ball Club, a leading youth sports organization in New York, is now hiring Summer Camp Coaches for our 2026 Bulldogs Summer Camp in East Hampton, NY. We’re looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and active role models who love working with kids and thrive in an outdoor, team-centered environment.
This is a seasonal opportunity running Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, from June 29th through August 28th, 2026. A full-summer commitment is preferred.
About the Camp
The Bulldogs Summer Camp offers a dynamic mix of outdoor sports and recreational programming for children ages 5–13. Our coaches lead age-based groups through a variety of games, activities, and skill sessions that promote confidence, teamwork, and fun. The camp emphasizes safety, inclusion, and the same core values that define the Bulldog Ball Club: Positivity, Effort, Perseverance, Teamwork, and Sportsmanship.
Located within the Village of East Hampton, the camp provides convenient on-site parking and a supportive community atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a designated group of campers throughout the day
- Actively participate in all camp activities — from pitching and playing games to facilitating team challenges and drills
- Ensure the safety, engagement, and well-being of all campers
- Foster an encouraging, energetic, and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with fellow coaches and leadership staff to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- Commitment: Availability for the full camp season (June 29–August 28)
- Experience: Prior experience working with or coaching children strongly preferred
- Attributes: Energetic, dependable, and safety-minded with strong communication skills
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable being active and participating in sports and outdoor play throughout the day
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
