Shift Lead/Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities
- Work with the manager on duty to verify store is following Food Safety Programs
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
- Comply with Burger King's portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
- Ensure employees are using checklists and following Burger King's specs
- Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products
- Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work
- Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements
- Properly maintain equipment per manufacturer’s and company specification
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements include:
- Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
- Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced, high volume environment
- Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions
- Open availability and flexibility are a must ability to work a changing schedule
