Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with various production and assembly tasks in our shop. This role involves preparing metal components for painting, cutting and drilling materials, and assembling products such as deer blinds and hog traps. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to work with hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Pressure wash metal parts to prepare surfaces for painting
- Operate saws to cut metal components to required specifications
- Drill holes in metal parts using a drill press
- Assemble deer blinds, including installation of window and door frames
- Assist in the construction and assembly of hog traps
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Must be on time and dependable

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position (hours may vary based on production needs)
- Overtime may be required
- Pay based on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
