Contract Immigration Attorney – El Paso, Texas
Bull Axiom Law PLLC is seeking a Texas-licensed Immigration Attorney located in or near El Paso, Texas to join our growing legal network as an independent contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys practicing immigration law while avoiding the burden of client acquisition and marketing. We handle the advertising, marketing, intake, and administrative support so you can focus on providing exceptional legal representation.
Position Overview
The selected attorney will provide legal representation to Bull Axiom Law clients in immigration matters, including consultations, USCIS filings, EOIR proceedings, removal defense, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, employment-based immigration, and other immigration-related matters based on experience.

Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Texas in good standing.
- Experience handling immigration matters before USCIS and/or EOIR.
- Excellent client communication and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with our legal team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Federal court and EOIR admission preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is provided on a monthly contractor basis. Travel and approved case-related expenses are paid separately. Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and anticipated workload.
