This role is key to driving operational efficiency, coordinating systems implementation, and enabling success across the new business sales cycle. industry standards.Requirements:RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesNew Business Enablement Lead cross-functional initiatives that support the end-to-end new business process — from pricing and sampling to customer onboarding. Partner with Sales & Engineering to coordinate technical documentation, samples, and configuration requirements that support quoting and customer validation. Oversee the sample request lifecycle, collaborating with Supply Chain and Customer Service to streamline fulfillment, track usage, and improve conversion outcomes. Manage onboarding workflows for new customers, ensuring seamless handoff from Sales to Operations and timely access to documentation, training, and systems. Support Sales & Engineering in translating customer requirements into actionable deliverables for Engineering and Operations teams, ensuring alignment throughout the sales cycle. Initiative Prioritization & Progress Tracking Partner with Sales and Supply Chain leaders to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives. Facilitate regular check-ins and reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable progress across teams. General Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor cross-departmental projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation to ensure clear visibility and communication across stakeholders. Identify risks and dependencies early, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure resource availability and proper allocation. Implement best practices in project management methodology, tools, and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and tools across the organization. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Assist with the integration of acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications 5 years of project management experience, ideally in sales operations, supply chain, or systems integration. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite knowledge is a plus). Preferred Certifications PMP or Agile Project Management certification. Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
