- Document all customer interactions in CRM and ERP systems.
- Drive sales for BHS parts and services through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Nihot, BHS, NRT, ZWE, and Controls.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR 5 years in outside sales/service in manufacturing.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively—up to 80%, primarily to California clients.
- Proven track record in managing and growing customer relationships.
- $80,000 to $85,000 annual salary DOE and Location
- 1% Commission on the Increase of Service & Parts Sales Revenue from 2025 to 2026
