What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIE FP&A Analyst position at Bulgari?
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for North America’s operations, including affiliated companies in the US and Canada.
• Preparation of financial models and forecasts in Excel to drive conversation and guide the company in achieving its strategic goals.
• Develop detailed analyses of monthly, quarterly and yearly Profit & Loss in areas such as Net Sales, Operating expenses, Marketing Expenses, and T&E expenses.
•Actively engage and drive Monthly Close Review Process:
• Identify and analyze major variances in Selling, Marketing, and G&A expenses categories by Department against budget and prior year, provide correcting entries to accounting as necessary
• Provide analysis and reporting to be shared to commercial teams and support functions
• Review Capital Expenditures by department and business channel and track ongoing spending against annual budget and forecasts
• Support FP&A Senior Manager and CFO in ad-hoc reporting and analysis, for commercial purposes (e.g. daily sales, margin analysis, traffic, conversion, discounts analysis, etc.)
• Participate and contribute on FP&A projects and initiatives
• Must have obtained a master’s degree in management with a major in finance & accounting
• Understanding of high luxury business requirements / awareness • Outstanding communication, networking / interpersonal skills
• Rigorous and great analytical skills
• Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Be proactive, and capable of functioning effectively under stress and meeting deadlines
• Fluent English (Spanish or Italian a plus)
