About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves storytelling, and is passionate about driving engagement and growth through compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Newsletter Management
- Plan and execute weekly newsletters for our 2,700 subscriber list.
- Align content with current campaigns and business priorities.
- Draft, schedule, and monitor newsletters, addressing any post-send issues.
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn and Facebook accounts.
- Oversee paid ad campaigns in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Monitor ad performance and provide high-level insights.
Content Creation & Promotion
- Coordinate blog, podcast, and YouTube content:
- Develop topics and outlines with leadership.
- Schedule recordings and manage production timelines.
- Publish and promote content across channels.
- Create and edit short-form videos for social platforms.
Community Engagement
- Organize and promote monthly office hours.
- Coordinate speakers, gather audience questions, and support live sessions.
Website Management
- Periodically review and refresh website content to align with offerings and goals.
General Marketing
- Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Coordinate asset creation with third-party vendors.
Growth Opportunities
