What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Elementary Title I Math Tutor position at Buker Elementary School?
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be available to work up to 19 hours per week during the school day. To be determined by the Principal and Applicant.
• Work in and outside of the classroom with small groups and individual students.
• Have the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Deliver direct math services to students identified in need of support in grades K-5.
• Administer diagnostic screenings as needed.
• Progress monitor and make instructional adjustments based on the student data.
• Partner with classroom teachers and other elementary math tutors to plan interventions.
• Strong candidates should have the ability to be flexible, work as part of a team, be a self-starter, and exhibit strong communication skills.
