Personal Lines New Business Account Manager – Insurance Customer Service Representative – Insurance Client Services – Personal Lines Customer Service
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Personal Lines New Business Account Manager, you will work with our sales team handling incoming new personal lines leads, assess client needs, provide professional coverage recommendations, prepare quotes, and onboard new policyholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Direct Independent Agency experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
You must possess a fundamental desire to help people. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to easily adapt to changing priorities. You must maintain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License in Kansas or Missouri.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE INCLUDE:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience
· At least 1 year of experience in personal lines as an underwriter, agent or customer service representative
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of home, auto, umbrella, and specialty personal lines products
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Experience with AMS and PLRater is a plus
- Professional appearance in dress, manner and demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook
