Buisson Creative, one of Louisiana’s most awarded design agencies, is seeking an in-office Social Media Specialist who can work both independently and collaboratively across departments. The agency has a strong history in tourism, travel, utilities, brand marketing, and political campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will manage paid and organic campaigns for clients across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, focusing on content creation, client reporting, and community engagement.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Metairie, Louisiana. Buisson Creative provides benefits including health insurance, a 401 (k) program, and paid time off. Salary will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage paid social ad campaigns and organic content calendars tailored to diverse client goals.
- Budget & Pacing: Monitor ad spend, manage budgets, and follow pacing protocols to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Content & Copywriting: Write engaging ad copy consistent with client image, design graphics or short-form videos.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics via Ads Manager and Google Analytics, delivering client reports as needed.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels, reply to comments and direct messages, and handle online reputation management.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience running paid or organic social media campaigns preferred, preferably within an agency environment
- Working knowledge of Mac operating systems
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create high-quality content consistent with branding for multiple clients and campaigns
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a campaign from conception to print
- Manage brand consistency
- Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives
- Excellent internal/external customer relations
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to make subjective decisions regarding subject matter and projects
