As a Commercial Real Estate Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the onboarding of institutional lending clients, specializing in all phases of the life cycle of a loan across a variety of lending products in Built's market-leading Commercial Real Estate Operating System SaaS product. The ideal candidate can translate client needs into executable workflows and can lead clients through the transformation process to facilitate a seamless onboarding to Built. The ideal candidate has the aptitude to distill complex commercial real estate concepts and models into an easy-to-understand, scalable operating model and has a desire to lead clients through the change management process to digitize their lending businesses for the modern era and drive operational ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Engages in weekly internal status and health communication with the client stakeholders
• Engage with clients to understand their lending programs, underwriting models, and key credit deliverables; advise on how this data is best migrated into the Built system
• Integrate client's commercial real estate underwriting models into the Built SaaS solution; run validation of data independently and with clients
• Support data-related initiatives to import historical client data to the platform
• Support in discovery efforts on client workflows to properly define requirements and success criteria
• Author training programs to support the onboarding of users ensuring the business needs are accurately captured
• Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth project execution with all deadlines met
• Ability to travel within North America as and when required (Estimated 20%)
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, real estate private equity, or capital markets
• OR "Ideal candidates would have experience with commercial property and/or loan due diligence, underwriting, modeling, or capital markets."
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; VBA experience is a plus
• Experience working with enterprise-level Commercial Real Estate SaaS-based platforms is preferred, but not required
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting or Asset Management is preferred
• Experience in analyzing client data with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies, assessing implications, and formulating solutions
• Ability to manage priorities and effectively time manage
• A proven track record of strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients work and stakeholder requests with precision
  
  

Built's salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
