- Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and SketchUp.
- Create compelling visual presentations utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Prepare accurate project documentation including drafting, specifications, and construction details aligned with project requirements.
- Assist in project scheduling, coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to review contracts, construction processes, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, updating schedules, and maintaining organized records.
- Engage in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine proposals accordingly.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite for design development and presentation.
- Strong drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in CAD drawings.
