Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Provide personalized and attentive service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and well cared for throughout their dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the food, cocktail, and wine menus to make thoughtful recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices.
- Order Management: Accurately take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring all items meet Folia's high standards for presentation and quality.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and other service staff to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience for all guests.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including resetting tables, restocking service areas, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Upselling and Special Promotion: Actively promote signature cocktails, food specials, and events to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or cocktail bar.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized under pressure. Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus, with the ability to quickly learn and retain information about the menu.
