Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager for an on-site role located in the NoDa Neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support staff while maintaining a high standard of service. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating daily activities, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
