Compensation Structure – Simple, Fair & Lucrative:
We offer a performance-based model designed to reward growth, effort, and excellence.
A Clinic Support / Platform Fee helps cover the use of the clinic, support systems, and front office resources. Once this threshold is met, revenue is shared at a 50/50 split between you and the clinic.
This allows you to scale quickly without traditional overhead or stress, while keeping true financial upside and freedom.
Note: The platform fee and percentage split are negotiable based on experience, value brought, and mutual agreement.
