Built 2 Last Contracting is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers informed and supported.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Making the initial contact with new customers
- Scheduling appointments with the Construction Manager
- Scheduling tasks with field employees
- Creating and managing work orders
- Following up with customers before, during, and after projects
- Creating job reports and presentations
- Posting project photos and comments online (social media & website)
✅ Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
- Social media experience is a plus
- Construction or contracting experience is helpful but not required
