We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of a project while maintaining a strong presence on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of a project while maintaining a strong presence on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Estimate costs, track expenses, and proactively manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design requirements
- Provide consistent project updates to clients, including progress reports and site documentation
- Identify and resolve issues related to delays, materials, or site conditions in a timely and professional manner
- Manage changes in project scope and adjust schedules and budgets accordingly
- Oversee the submittal and approval process between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction standards, materials, and finishes
- Ability to manage both project planning and field coordination effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain seated for extended periods when required
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines
