Classified Substitute Custodian - Buildings and Grounds - 2025-26 School Year
Hours are on call as needed - Monday through Friday
Custodian general description: Substitute in the absence of a full-time employee.Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment for students and staff in elementary, secondary and administration buildings. Perform minor repairs of building furniture, fixtures and custodial equipment.
Qualifications: High School Diploma and must be able to read and comprehend written work instruction (instructions on the correct use, care and storage of custodial equipment and chemicals).
Application Procedure: As a current employee of Papillion La Vista Community Schools you must submit an internal application. However, if you are applying from one classification to another such as a classified employee to certified employee or Paraprofessional to Custodian, you are asked to submit an External Application with the district so that we will have the additional information needed to accurately evaluate your qualifications for this position.
