Growing mechanical service company looking for experienced HVAC technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install HVAC equipment. Any Refrigeration experience is a plus as well. Skilled professionals are needed to service our expanding commercial and residential customer base.Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all work activities- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsQualifications:- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy equipment or working in tight spaces.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
