Commercial HVAC Technician:
For the system experts and high-pressure professionals
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial boilers and associated HVAC systems.
- Use strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance HVAC Systems to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and building managers
- Complete detailed daily work orders
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
- Occasional Overtime and Overnight shifts when needed.
- On-Call Rotation
- Preferred but not required: Experience working on hydronic systems, steam boilers, pumps, valves, burners, and related equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial HVAC Technician experience (5 years preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (including electrical schematics and controls)
- Professional, dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
- High attention to safety protocols and local codes
