Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and technical support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services or products.
  • Enter and update customer data accurately in our database using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing problems and providing clear solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Manage cash handling procedures when necessary during transactions or refunds.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a supportive call center environment.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or sales roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center best practices.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

Pay: $22.39 - $24.37 per hour
