Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and technical support to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services or products.
- Enter and update customer data accurately in our database using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing problems and providing clear solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Manage cash handling procedures when necessary during transactions or refunds.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a supportive call center environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or sales roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center best practices.
- Ability to maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Pay: $22.39 - $24.37 per hour
