What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter/Janitor position at Building Service Concepts, Inc?
We are looking for a full time Janitor/Day Porter to work in the Vonore area at a commercial distribution center.
Hours:
- Monday thru Friday-8:30am-3:00pm
- Sunday-6pm-12am
Duties:
- Clean all restrooms and breakrooms.
- Clean designated office areas
- Restock all towels, tissue, soap and liners.
- Sweep and mop all restrooms and breakrooms.
- Clean Door and window glass.
- Dust and straighten entrance areas.
- Empty outside trash cans and trash cans in breakrooms and restrooms.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Must have 3-5 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Experience as a Janitor or Day Porter a plus.
- Must be able to perform all duties listed.
- Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
