The Role:
As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of BSS, turning leads into loyal partners while crushing sales targets in a high-energy, collaborative environment. What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to uncover new opportunities and close deals with value-driven pitches.
- Build lasting relationships through top-tier service and consultative selling.
- Hit (and exceed!) monthly sales goals while tracking market trends and sharing insights with leadership.
- Team up with colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally in software, tech applications, or B2B services (transferable skills from consultative roles welcome!).
- Killer phone presence, active listening, and negotiation skills that close deals.
- Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) and building pro-level networks.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives multitasking in a dynamic, in-office setting (no remote— but we offer flexible hours and easy DFW commutes!).
