Position Overview
As an Interior Door Shop Associate at BPI, you will be an important member of our millwork team responsible for the production and assembly of high-quality interior doors. In this hands-on role, you will work with a variety of materials, equipment, and assembly processes to ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process while supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, the ability to follow production schedules, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture interior door units according to specifications and production schedules
- Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure, cut, machine, and prepare components for assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic measurements
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures and squares
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
