Summary/Objective:

 And we are hiring a Warehouse Attendant/ General Support to maintain and organize inventory within our warehouse space. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and ensure supplies are properly stocked and prepared. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and organize inventory in the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels and identify when supplies need to be reordered
• Prepare and stage supplies and equipment for supervisors
• Work closely with supervisors to fulfill supply requests accurately and on time
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and functional
• Work in conjunction with purchasing to ensure items are available on time
• Receive and organize vendor deliveries in designated storage areas.

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Occasionally assist with the transportation of equipment to various locations using a company van
• Assist with general facility tasks
• Help with minor projects within the facility (e.g., moving materials and other basic, hands-on tasks)
• Support management and staff with various tasks as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by management. 

Requirements: 

• Ability to work independently and manage inventory responsibly
• Comfortable receiving direction and assisting where needed
• Flexible and willing to help with a variety of tasks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a DMV background check
• Basic handy, hands-on skills are a plus (not a licensed trade position)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move, and perform hands-on work

Schedule: 

Part-time position, flexible hours: 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 to 4 hours per day, mornings.
