What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker part time/full time position at Building One Facility Services, LLC?
Monday - Friday
40 hours full time or 25 hours part time available
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
General building maintenance, including light painting, putting anchors in walls, basic plumbing, installing and repairing doors and door hardware. Must know how to safely use common hand tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drills, etc. In addition, will perform light cleaning duties such as Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary. • Hand dust and wipe clean all furniture, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, and all other hardtop surfaces. • Clean and disinfect restrooms (sinks, toilets, countertops, floors, mirrors, etc.) • *Other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maintenance/Handyman/ Janitorial job related. • Reliable transportation. • Ability to follow specific instructions and take direction. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Track record of finishing assigned tasks effectively within limited time.
