What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by consulting with dealers in the assigned territory
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Provide product and installation training
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and close sales
- Strengthen dealer performance through proactive account management and pull-through sales from business development
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
- Travel 75%
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven sales experience within the building materials industry
- Experience with pull-through sales, driving demand with contractors/builders through dealer networks
- Knowledge of deck construction and residential construction processes
- The ability to communicate with all decision-makers
