What The Position is About:
- Support contractors, builders, remodelers, and walk-in customers with quotes, estimates, and order support
- Provide product and pricing information to customers
- Enter the sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with vendors to check pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Create and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Inside sales, counter sales, or customer-facing sales experience within the building materials industry
- Experience handling quoting, estimates, and day-to-day customer service
- Lumber and framing knowledge
