Schedule & Location
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- No on-call rotation*
- Properties located throughout the Twin Cities
- Office based in Golden Valley, MN
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$31 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including:
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Plumbing maintenance and repair
- HVAC inspection and servicing
- Painting, drywall, and carpentry
- Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions
- Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of building maintenance experience
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- CPO certification preferred
- Special Boiler’s License preferred
