The Role-you’ll do what you trained for and have time to do it well:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families
- Analyze data and adjust treatment based on clinical need
- Ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence
- Implement assent based practices to ensure clients are heard
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification MA LABA licensure
- Master’s in ABA, Education, or related field
- Experience supporting children with behavioral needs
- Someone who can be clinical, compassionate, and yes, occasionally silly on the floor
