What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA - Flexible Schedule & Low Billables position at Building Essential Skills Together (B.E.S.T.)?
Founded by special education teachers, and moms, who experienced firsthand the power of ABA for children as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built around one non-negotiable: clients are people first, not treatment plans.
We know each BCBA brings their own clinical judgment and ideas every day, and the power of our collaborative approach. This approach keeps dignity and respect at the center of care and is what moves our company forward.
In our team, you aren't a billable. As a clinician-founded and clinician-run team, we've built our model around realistic caseloads and strong clinical support, so ethical, thoughtful care is actually possible in practice, not just on paper. This is a team where the founders know your work and value your input. BCBAs work either in-home or with caseloads mixed between our clinic and in-home visits.
If you're looking for an organization that is building something bigger without becoming something distant, where every BCBA, RBT, and child matters, we would love to speak with you.
