What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Building Culture?
We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Project Manager (8 years) to help us deliver exceptional work.
This could be:
- A construction-management track PM, or
- A project-management-oriented architect who enjoys being on site and managing across all phases of design-build.
We’re looking for someone with residential and light commercial experience. We’ll tailor the seat for the right person. Core scope:
- Can lead projects end-to-end: preconstruction, procurement/buyout, schedule, budget, safety, and close-out.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps
- Be on site regularly; resolve issues at the right level of detail and speed.
We estimate the right candidate will have at least 8 years of experience but are open to slightly less.

High integrity and competence are essential. You need to be comfortable with autonomy and accountability, and energized by meaningful work.
This is a full-time, Oklahoma City-based position.
