We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teachers and Aides to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm for early education will help children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while working in a dynamic educational setting. Experience preferred but not required. EEC teacher license preferred but we would provide assistance in obtaining this documentation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones and promote cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address individual needs.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, student assessments, and maintaining organized learning spaces.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development across core subjects like literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare.
- Familiarity with working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff.
- Plans, maintains and implements developmentally age appropriate curriculum in accordance with the policies and philosophies of the school.
- Proven classroom experience in preschool or daycare settings with a focus on childhood development.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation among young learners.
- Understanding of child welfare practices and the importance of creating a nurturing environment for all children.
