What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher position at Building Blocks Learning Center?
We are looking for a dependable, committed and flexible Early childhood teacher qualified person for our Preschool 1 class. The hours are from 8-5, Monday thru Friday.
An Early childhood teacher has a degree/certificate in Early Childhood or a combination of ECE college courses and documented experience hours working with children in a licensed child care center. Can also be qualified with a level 2 or higher credential through Colorado Shines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to children, fostering their social and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
- Meet basic needs of children; serving meals, diapering and toileting, hand washing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
