Your Role as a Daycare Teacher:
As a Daycare Teacher at Building Blocks, you will:
- Develop and Implement Engaging Lesson Plans – Use creative curricula to inspire curiosity and growth
- Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment – Foster a love for learning through play and exploration
- Build Positive Relationships – Collaborate with children, parents, and team members to support each child’s development
- Monitor Progress – Regularly update parents on their child’s educational and social growth
Teacher Requirements:
- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent; CDA Certification or Associate’s in Early Childhood Education
- Experience – Previous work with creative curricula and a passion for teaching young children
- Skills – Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability – Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
