We’re seeking a highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction team. This person will handle both office and light personal administrative tasks — helping streamline communication, manage schedules, and keep daily operations on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage company emails, answer calls, and manage calendars
- Process intake inquiries from new clients
- Create new files and manage client files and organize project documents, invoices, and reports
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage subcontractor list and update regularly
- Assist with document preparation, project tracking, and invoicing
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Reconcile Vendor receipts
- Help coordinate deliveries, permits with/ project manager
- Organize files, materials, and digital records
- Handle occasional personal or administrative errands
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience a plus)
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
