We’re seeking a highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction team. This person will handle both office and light personal administrative tasks — helping streamline communication, manage schedules, and keep daily operations on track.


If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company emails, answer calls, and manage calendars
  • Process intake inquiries from new clients
  • Create new files and manage client files and organize project documents, invoices, and reports
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Manage subcontractor list and update regularly
  • Assist with document preparation, project tracking, and invoicing
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Reconcile Vendor receipts
  • Help coordinate deliveries, permits with/ project manager
  • Organize files, materials, and digital records
  • Handle occasional personal or administrative errands

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience a plus)
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate ($20hr)
