We are seeking Residential/multifamily electricians for a new construction multifamily apartment complex in Friendsville, TN. If you’ve done rough-in, tie-ins, and device installs on residential or multifamily projects, this is a steady job that can start right away. Pay is based on your experience level.
What You’ll Do
- Rough-in: run wire, set boxes, and install conduit throughout the apartment units
- Make equipment tie-ins, such as HVAC, water heaters, and appliances
- Install devices: outlets, switches, and fixtures
- Follow code, project specs, and site safety standards
- Work with the crew and other trades to keep the project on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of electrical experience, with strong residential new construction experience
- Local Electricians in Friendsville, TN.
- Solid rough-in skills (required)
- Able to work on your own and take ownership of the installation
- Able to read blueprints and electrical plans
