By bridging business strategy and technical design, your work will guide how data flows, tools integrate, and teams operate with informed decisions that drive growth.
What You Will Do
- Design and maintain stable, scalable architecture across GTM systems that support growth and operational excellence.
- Lead proofs of concept and define best practices for technical design and implementation across GTM platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions within Salesforce, Gainsight, and other GTM systems.
- Guide integration efforts across CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and data warehouses
- Influence technical direction with a focus on scalability, usability, security, and simplicity.
- Champion data governance by defining standards and processes that ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with R&D and IT teams to build integrations, improve data flow, and optimize platform performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience working with GTM systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- 4-6 years of experience as a solutions architect.
- Proficiency in modern enterprise integration strategies, including event-driven architectures, RESTful API design, and cloud-native integration solutions
- Expertise in solution design, proofs of concept, and implementation best practices.
- Experience with CRM and sales technology tools, including Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
