What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Coordinator Install - Indirect position at builders?
Under moderate supervision, coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.
- Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
- Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
- Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
- Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
