Full-time position
Hours: We are open Monday – Friday. No Saturdays or Sundays! No late nights!
Location: Builders - 824 S Webb Rd, Grand Island, NE.
The Counter Sales/Key Holder position handles the daily walk-in contractors and customers. You will get to:
- Assist contractors and customers with lumber and building materials.
- Learn about doors, windows, siding, decks, lumber, tools and other accessories.
- Gain working knowledge of products and vendors.
- Place special orders as needed.
- Utilize our computer programs.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Assist management in closing the store.
- And much more!
We are looking for:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively present information one on one and small group situations.
- Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.
- Ability to carry out written or oral instructions.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.
